[mythtv-users] Create VCD

Hi:

I have a bt878 based capture card.  With MythTV,
the video files that I captured are in Myth-version of nuppel video format.
I really hope to encode them into mpeg so I can create
VCD and keep the recordings.

There are bunch of tools referenced in Roman's Nuppel Video page
but I could not even get most of those tools to compile correctly
on my box (Athlon XP, kernel 2.9.x)

Any tips I can translate these nuv to mpeg is much appreciated.
