Figured out the webpages .. it was because new upgrade was put in it's
own directory mythweb instead of my httpd document root.  Meaning that
the old version webpages still existed and the new version of
mythbackend conflicted.  Oops...I'm an idiot.

Still can't figure out the sound issue though...
