However I'd advise against the CAM (at least for now) it's not an
official BSkyB/NDS CAM, Sky could change their system (quite easily
according to the forums I've been reading) and Dragon have said the
don't intend to play cat and mouse.

So you'd end up paying for DVB-S, CI & CAM which would then be useless.
