[mythtv-users] re: OpenGLVideoSync: Bad Context for Vsync - ATRpms problem

Mythfrontend does not require linking against OpenGL
in order to work, so that is not an accurate test.
The checkbox is put in if there is an #ifdef
USING_OPENGL_VSYNC condition that is satisfied. This
will be defined by the configure script (if you put in
the correct argument).

Where OpenGL libraries would be required (for OpenGL
vsync to work) are in libmythtv, since that is where
(in vsync.cpp) the actual OpenGL vertical syncing code
is.

I can't comment on MythMusic or MythGallery OpenGL
stuff, since I didn't touch any of that when I was
putting in the OpenGL vsync patch. I suspect though
that the actual executables themselves don't link in
OpenGL, it's more of a library thing (like
libmythtv.so having it as a requirement).

I haven't bothered to look any further into the ATrpms
RPMs not working, since I recompiled it, and it worked
fine there. Also, work has been rather hectic, and I
don't have any time at home either.
