Todd,

  Have you set up your xorg.conf file for dualhead display?   (I
attached my xorg.conf file so you have an idea of what to do...)  If
you've got dualhead working it's as easy as :
mythfrontend --geometry 1024x768+0+0 (the number are height x width +
x offset + y offset)
