Greetings All,

I am trying to set up MythTV 17 for separate front and back ends. If I change my set to use the real ip address (rather than 127.0.0.1), I get "Unexpected response to MYTH_PROTO_VERSION". In section 9.1 of the docs this is mentioned, but I believe that the ip address is changed everywhere that it should be. Any hints before I go code trolling ?
