[mythtv-users] Empty iconmap.xml

That directory is not created when installing via emerge on gentoo.
Also, I don't have any xmltv on my box as I only use zap2it. It did
not ask me any questions. Furthermore, I do not have
master_iconmap.xml anywhere on my box. I'll see if I can download it.
