I was just about to post a question about that! I picked up a Harmony
676 just after Christmas, and it's incredible! I finally got around to
picking up an IR keyboard so I could retire the old ATI Remote Wonder
I've been using. I managed to find an existing config (you can't browse
their database - you have to enter the mfgr and model number) for my
keyboard (LiteOn SK-7100), but it does the same as you said. I've
worked around it a bit (kbdrate -r 5 -d 1000, so it at least waits a
second before starting to repeat), but I'd like to tweak it further.

As I understand it, when users upload their own codes, they're available
to others - what make and model did you use for your keyboard? And
what device type (PVR or Computer)?

How many other Harmony users are there out there? They really help the
GAF...how familiar is this:

"OK, to watch a movie, turn on the DVD player, the amp, and the TV, then
set the TV to input 5, and set the amp to 'DVD'. Now use this remote to
control the DVD player and this remote to control the volume..."

It changes to:

"Watch a movie? Sure, press the little movie button on the remote and
put the movie in."
