 	If it's rtjpeg transcoded to mpeg4, it's a bastardized .nuv file. 
Basically Mythtv's "mpeg4 in a nuppelvideo" wrapper.  There was a bug in 
the transcoding code discussed about three weeks ago referencing this. 
Basically, nuv2avi is a bit broken (sync), and patched mplayer as a copier 
into avi might not work either.  I'm sure if it was mplayer or my .nuv 
file that was the problem.

 	Short answer is possibly, but I'm not aware of one offhand.
