[mythtv-users] Can't compile mythplugins

It *could* have come with your last cvs download (and probably did).
The problem is that building mythplugins looks in
/usr/local/include/mythtv, which is only populated when you do a "make
install" for mythtv. So you have to install mythtv before you can
build mythplugins.
