I don't know if any HD programs are _not_ broadcast in SD, other than the
demo loops. However, I'd like to know when an SD program _is_ broadcast in
HD.

If I were to assume that HD and SD channels broadcast the same content, then
I guess I could just run tv_grab_au again with the xmltv IDs of the HD
channels in place of those of the SD channels.
