No, mythtv-suite shouldn't be updated, the rest has to. Just use
apt-get (dist-)upgrade or yum update.

The updated packages have an evr of 0.18.1-111 (mythtv and
subpackages) and 0.18.1-109 (mythplugins and subpackages).
