And you rebuilt it again afterwards with mythcommflag?  Otherwise, it 
will never work again on the recordings that existed at the time you 
deleted the recordedmarkup "seektable" information...

mythcommflag --rebuild --all

And, if you also want commercials flagged

mythcommflag --all
