[mythtv-users] PVR-350 TV-Out with Xv support

I got ivtv-fb back - turns out the ebuild is a little buggy. I got the
framebuffer device back, I had to modprobe ivtv cardtype=2 to get ivtv-fb to
load

but still no fbdev or ivtvdev_drv working in X, same error about not having
a "ModuleData data object"
