Well then what we really need is a web site where the server/ISP etc. are
all in some country that does not give a flying fickle finger of fate
about the DCMA...and an anonymous post thereto.
Maybe the EFF can assist in pointing out such countries.

I see, from politech that one of the RIAA's targets is now counter-suing
for an incredible amount of damages: she doesn't down-load, especially not
rap, and never at 4:30 in the morning. This is probably the closest the US
litigation system has come to a claim to a cause of action for damages by
reason not of the defendant's negligence but of the defendant's stupidity.
"They are stupid, therefore they are liable"...

This sort of action would not exist if the concept of 'loser pays costs'
existed as more than a rumour in US litigation.

Unfortunately, the RIAA does not qualify for a Darwin award.
