[mythtv-users] OS X: Mythmusic?

I understand that Mythmusic does not play on OS X out of the box, but I 
have run across references to "Wildgoose's Mythmusic patch".
Only issue is that I can not find the download location!
Anyone know where I can get the patch and the install docs?

My specs are:
OS X 10.4.2
Mac Mini
Sincere hatred of iTunes
