[mythtv-users] Best deal on premade lirc receivers?

Does this receiver use the lirc_serial kernel driver to work? I have
been having much trouble getting my IRA 3 receiver to work with lirc
and am fresh out of ideas on what to do to fix it, so I'm considering
getting a different receiver.
