Those idiots are distributing a cvs checkout from the 0.19 branch and 
labelling it 0.18.1.  It's not the actual 0.18.1 release, or from the 0.18.2 
branch.  I asked them to stop 
( https://plf.zarb.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=65 ) a couple months ago, but 
apparently they haven't listened yet.
