[mythtv-users] hd-3000 vs. AirStar-HD5000AV-PCI

The MythTV Store (http://mythic.tv/) is out of stock on the pcHDTV
HD-3000 tuner card.  They suggest the AirStar-HD5000AV-PCI in it's
place.

Is there any reason to wait for them to get the HD-3000 back in
stock, or is the HD-5000AV just as good?  (It *is* quite a bit
cheaper.)

I'm building a MythTV box for my parents.  The system will be an
Athlon XP+nforce2 system.  The HD tuner card is needed for
over-the-air HD tv.
