I have no problems using ivtv-radio to tune to 100.1.  I'm using FC4 and 
0.19 MythTV and 0.4.3-106 ivtv rpm.

I did not find an FC4 version of the rpm.  Is it ok that I use FC3, or 
should I just build the darn thing from a src-tarball?
