Almost.  The "--video" option is meant only for use with non-recordings 
(i.e. AVI's and other junk).

Instead, you should run "mythcommflag --rebuild" with the appropriate 
options to choose the recording.  Once done--if desired--you may flag 
commercials by re-running the same command /without/ the "--rebuild" 
option.  Note that if you want to flag commercials, you should first do 
a "--rebuild" run to make sure the seektable is good (i.e. don't run 
without "--rebuild" first thinking that will do both).
