Yes.  I was on ALSA 1.0.9 and yum updated it to 1.0.10 today.  Any 
chance you are on IRC?  I tried also using the .asound RC from the wiki 
(http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Asoundrc_Via_CN400) but it didn't 
make any difference.
