[mythtv-users] Downloading camera causes mythbackend to stop recording?

I'd drink some sacrificial Jack Daniels (shouldn't that be  
"sacramental"?).

If these "cameras" are ordinary USB storage devices what are you  
"downloading"? Do you mean just plugging in the device?

What does your system log say when you plug in the camera?

What "digital tuner" are you talking about ?

When you say "quits recording" do you mean it stops a recording in  
progress? or just won't start any more recordings?

I know, questions, questions, but I don't understand what is  
happening, so I ask.
