Mpeg4 format files are not DVD compliant so you have no choice but to 
re-encode them to mpeg2. If you choose one of the other enecoder 
profiles all should be well. The UI should really not allow you to 
select 'Don't Re-encode' for any file that is not in mpeg2 format I guess.
