[mythtv-users] Recorder Failed error on 2 of my channels

Just for the record, it turned out I was running mythfilldatabase
without the --update option which was causing it to try and add channels
  to all my video sources, erroneously adding to a video source that
could not receive the channels in question. adding the --update has
solve the problem.
