Did you check in the mythburn.log. Look like you don't have the correct
path for the mp2 file. Try removing the ./ before the filename

my mplex in the remplex.sh is like this:

mplex -o $3 -f 8 ${base}.m2v ${base}.ac3 ${audio} 2> /dev/null

I have two audio encoding because I need a higher WAF level :)
