I used to have my combined frontend/backend on an Epia M-II 10000,
512MB RAM, PVR250, and a 160GB hard drive.  It worked absolutely fine,
including running Apache for Mythweb, handling commercial flagging,
transcoding, etc.  I haven't done any measurements of its power usage,
however.
