Only issue I know of is running transcode/ffmpeg in 
multithread/multi-cpu mode, which I disabled awhile ago.  If you want to 
be extra sure, just remove the "else {" and "}" from around $num_cpus=1 
in shared_utils.php.  that should force it to think you have only one cpu.
