I'm not US-based so can't provide a categorical answer, but I would
imagine that a new channel definition containing the tuning
information provided by the 'scan' channel definition and the naming
information provided by the zap2it channel definition should provide a
working channel. This 'idea' is based on the fact you need the tuning
information to ensure the digital card can successfully tune to the
channel, and need the zap2it information to ensure ensure listings
can be retrieved for the given channel.
