[mythtv-users] importing data in mythconverg

I recently switch from fc3 to fc4 keeping my original fc3 on a hd and
installing fc4 on another one so I can test one and enjoy the other. In
fc4 I can't see my nuv file recorded in fc3 even if both 3 and 4 point
to the same dir. obviously the title are missing  in the mythconverg of
fc4. Is there a way to extract them from fc3 mysql and put them in fc4.
