Good questions. Tonight I watched a bit of the Olympics on regular TV
and the caption delay is the same as on MythTV recordings. Also, the
caption delay in commercials is the same (no delay) on both. I also
tried captions on a couple of shows (Antiques Roadshow and House) on
regular TV and MythTV and performance was identical (very good -
virtually no delay) on both. This is fantastic, I'm really happy
MythTV has usable captions!
