I don't think mvpmc has been updated to work with .19 and the new way 
LiveTV is done.  Jon mentioned something about it on the mvpmc list 
and needing to get to .19 before this would work.

I've even compiled a new mvpmc bin from scratch with my environment 
and had no luck.
