[mythtv-users] mythtv theme "retro" for 0.19

A wide screen version is planned. I allready started re-rendering all 
watermarks with a wide-screen version in mind but managed to fry one of 
my disks with a wrong powersupply. I'll start on this sometimes next 
week. Just have to get som pending jobs out first.
