The only per-channel commflagging setting allows you to set a commfree 
channel.  There was talk of creating a setting to allow you to specify 
the commercial detection method on a per-channel basis, but it hasn't 
been implemented.  So, how bad do you want it?  Patches accepted at 
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ .  ;)
