[mythtv-users] Jump ahead problem w/ .19

I did the mysqlcheck and mythcommflag commands and unfortunately I'm
still have the same errors.  Skipping ahead 30 seconds I still am
seeing messages like:

positionMap, we need frame 2076 but highest we have is 1170.

1170. Will seek frame-by-frame
