[mythtv-users] mythconverg Error message

I am getting the following error from mythconverg:

Error: Got error 124 from storage engine

... when I issue the following SQL statment:

SELECT MAX( endtime ) FROM program


Any idea what this error message means or how to fix it?  The perl
script I had containing this SQL statement has been running regularly
for a number of months without issue (although I hadn't checked on it
recently).

Note: Using MythTV 0.18.1
