[mythtv-users] Dish Network 322/PVR-500 Setup

Hi...I am planning to subscribe to Dish Network
shortly and was planning to use a Dish 322
dual-receiver and a PVR-500 on the myth backend to
record 2 channels simultaneously without a $5 "extra
receiver" charge. I understand myth needs to be
connected to each tuner on the STB either through a
serial connection or an ir blaster. It seems that
tuner 1 on the 322 is controlled by ir, but tuner 2 is
UHF, making it impossible for myth to control. There
are no serial ports present. 

Anyone have a similar setup using a 322 and a PVR-500?
Or am I required to use 2 separate Dish 311 receivers
(or similar)?
