I believe that they allowed Component Video in the door at the last
minute as a nod to Classic sets.
The BBC will have HD up and running on Sky in 2006 as I understand it,
With a bit of luck this will not
require an encryption card and we will see PC Sat cards that can deal
with the stream.
now HD DVD is another scam........
