You seem to be using 0.4.0 which is quite "old". Try upgrading to a
newer release of IVTV. 0.4.2 was released as stable a while ago or you
could just use the SVN-version like I do.
Might fix your problem. Just make sure to check the firmwares; they've
been renamed recently.
