So I've never looked into this but could there be a server or session
variable that could be cheched in the mythweb.php to see if the user
should be allowed into a module?  Either that or is there a better
method to use than require_once() here?  Perhaps the rewrite be used
to go directly to the modules/PATH/handler.php?
