Mine is pretty close:

[mythtv at tvsrv myth]$ du -ks /myth
431084603       .
[mythtv at tvsrv myth]$ df -k /myth

Available  Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/vgmyth-myth         484099652  431125800   52973852    90% /myth

(used from df) - (used from du)  = 431125800 - 431084603 = 41197
