[mythtv-users] Problems with Channels higher than 13

I recently rebuilt my MythTV box (Fedora Core 4 using the instructions
at wilsonnet)

I have two Hauppauge cards, a 250 and a 350. The 350 is receiving
using component from a cable box and that is working great at the
moment. The 250 should be receiving basic cable using coaxial inputs.
The problem is though that it only receives channels 2-13 and nothing
higher. It changes to the channels but receives static. I can plug the
coax directly into the TV and get all the channels fine so its not an
provider problem. Both cards are having this same problem so I assume
that it has something to do with ivtv. Has anybody else had this
problem or does anybody know a way to troubleshoot it?

Any mythtv seems to think that it is recording the channels fine:
