Download ivtv 7.0 and compile it yourself, it takes 2 min. All you need is
gcc and kernel-devel packages.

This is what I had to do with 2145 after 2139 failed to boot on my smp
backend. Of course Axel provides other kmdl packages that if you use you
might want to wait for him after all.
