Forgive my ignorance, but how do you set/configure this up? Is it based on
your mobo's capabilities?

This might not be related but... I have one of those server mobos where two
PCI slots are 66Mhz and three are 33. I have no 66Mhz cards and the mobo
manual says that if there is a 33Mhz card in 66Mhz slot the whole bus drops
down to 33Mhz.
