[mythtv-users] immir tv_grab_au 2.10 - Foxtel/Austar Patch

Here's a three line patch for Michael Immir's tv_grab_au 2.10.

* fetch channel data for foxtel/austar/etc

* Recognises ampersand signs in your channel config via &, instead of
& (eg, so Crime & Investigation Network will now work)

* For short channel names (eg, "W"), prevents matching against longer
channel names that happen to contain a short channel name (eg, any
channel who's name contains "W")
