[mythtv-users] DVB-T scan only adds single channel

I am having a problem with my DVB scanning. Everything appears to be
running perfectly, and it finds all the correct multiplexes and
channels during the scan, as I can see from the output where it says
"Updating <channel name>" for all the channels. However, at the end of
the scan there is only one channel shown in the channel list, which is
the last channel found, and this is the same in the database.
Performing a scan of a single transport results in the same effect,
although a different channel may be the single one shown depending on
the transport used.

Any ideas why this might be?
