[mythtv-users] Cannot set firewire to Broadcast

I've done this a ton of times, the problem is that I can't set the box to 
broadcast, because when I run the plugctl command to set it to broadcast 
and then run plugreport it still says that broadcast=0 even though i told 
it to set it to 1.
