[mythtv-users] HTDV 1080i source at 1080i DVI - Interlace field order backwards on GeForce 6200

I spent the evening characterizing this problem a little further.  It
appears that 1080i is displaying fields in correct order on 1080i DVI
display if source is a 16:9 HDTV 1080i broadcast.  However it is not getting
the field order correct, most of the time, when the source is a up converted
4:3 SDTV broadcast.  It really has a problem getting field order correct for
the local news broadcast, which appears to be 480i up-converted to 1080i.  I
can get it back on track by temporarily popping up some on screen display,
e.g, the position bar.   However, a minute or so later the field order is
wrong again.

 

I again put the GeForce 5200 back in the system, and confirmed it does not
have this problem.

 

Has anyone else experienced this problem with GeForce 6200?
