[mythtv-users] new recordings getting wrong permissions

Hello all,
Can anyone help me with this bizzare problem? Somehow, from the last few
days, all my new recordings are getting 600 permissions instead of the 755
So now my user mythtv with runs the frontend, can't watch any
recordings...tried doing chmod -R 755 but i have to keep doing this every
day for every new recording....

any help will be appreciated.
