OK - I have read more and more about the .asoundrc and even posed my
questions - and your comments above - to the alsa list. One person on
the list simply said it wasn't an alsa issue. I think that what I need
is a clear example from which to model. Most example .asroundrc files
don't seem to refer to multiple devices. Is there a chance that you
could post yours? If there's any other relevant files I should compare,
I'd appreciate the chance to learn from your examples.
